PDW Reflection -  Leysin September 2016

What did you enjoy most about PDW? Why?

I liked the rock climbing because I had never been climbing before and it was such an awesome experience for me to be climbing on the rocks!

Room mates

My roommates were the same as last year so it was extra fun and they were Alisha Tang, Kaelyn Gordon and Elizabeth Kingdom.

Food

My favourite meal was probably the pancakes on Friday morning and the cheesecake was also very good!

Activities

My favourite activity was probably the rock climbing not counting with any of the afternoon activities otherwise on behalf on most children my favourite activity was the disco!

Disco

The disco was the best thing on PDW because you get to dance in your own silly way and no one can say a thing about it! Plus you can sing and dance to really loud music with the teachers and counselors! Although the disco was really short and ended I think earlier than last year! But their music choice was so much better than last year!

What didn’t you enjoy about PDW? Why?

I didn’t like the hike as much because it was so long and the entire day so you can’t tell your roommates in other groups what you did and they can’t tell you what they did and if it was fun or not!

What would you change about this PDW to make it better for next year?

I would probably make the hike a little shorter and the disco a little longer because the hike is hard and the disco is so much fun and like half the children are just waiting for the disco to come! Don’t you want them to have the best night of their lives?
