What can you do at home to try and improve?
Give 2 specific examples. EG: To improve my cardiovascular endurance I will run 2km with my mum 3 times a week. Make sure you include what you are going to do, how often will you do it and how long/ how far  you will do it for?

To improve my Coordination, I will throw a small ball against the wall with my dad for 5 minutes. To improve my Cardiovascular Endurance, I will run to one side of the football pitch to the other side with one of my friends with me shouting beep for about 10 minutes.
